THEY'RE JUST COOKIES!! WHY MAKE A BIG DEAL?!?!

Alright, so they're just cookies. Now let's consider that statement. And let's just say that you actually believe that statement. I'm going to issue you a challenge.

First you need to go and you need to delete any fanworks you may have saved. That means that you have to delete any fan art you've drawn, any fan art other artists have drawn, and of course any fanfics you may have saved. Everything gone. No backups, no anything.

Next, you have unfollow any blogs that have to do with Cookie Run what-so-ever. Ask blogs, fan theory blogs, story blogs, anything relating to Cookie Run.

Finally, delete the game from your phone. Delete your devplay, delete any back up data preventing you from losing your progress, ect.

If you were able to do the above with no regrets, congratulations, they really were just cookies to you. But if you couldn't, maybe it's because these characters, despite being "just cookies", are actually a lot more complex than you're making it out to be. And chances are, you're probably just using the excuse to deflect any criticism that anyone has against the game.

With that being said, people criticizing the game isn't going to hurt you in anyway, shape, or form. If you act like all the people who criticize the game are aggressive and bitchy, especially if the people criticizing are part of a marginalized group, then maybe you should think about why you think that instead of blaming them for "ruining" your fandom experience.

Speaking of which, it's not gonna kill you to listen to marginalized groups point out bigoted elements in media. The way we view things is sometimes influenced by media, so there's really no reason to say otherwise...
